At TechTree-Ind.com, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully to understand how cancellations are handled.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched/shipped from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation requests are processed on a best-effort basis before dispatch.
If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after customer confirmation.
TechTree-Ind.com reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
Product is out of stock
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity
Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Orders that have already been dispatched
Customized, special-order, or activation-based electronic products
Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment service provider.
