  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless received damaged or defective:

  • Opened or used electronic items

  • Software, downloadable products, or activation-based items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging or accessories


3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@techtree-ind.com within the return period.

  • Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and images/videos if required.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photo or video proof is mandatory.

  • Such products will be eligible for replacement or return at no extra cost.


5. Return Shipping

  • Return pickup may be arranged by TechTree-Ind.com where serviceable.

  • If return shipping is customer-initiated, charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.


6. Quality Check

  • All returned products undergo a quality inspection.

  • TechTree-Ind.com reserves the right to approve or reject the return based on inspection.
