This Refund Policy outlines how and when refunds are processed at TechTree-Ind.com.
Refunds are applicable when:
A return request is approved and the product passes inspection
An order is cancelled before dispatch
A product is confirmed as damaged or defective and replacement is unavailable
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product).
Any applicable deductions will be communicated clearly.
Orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after dispatch will be handled as per the Return Policy.
